sri lanka is well over [updated] forty thousand with quite probably more than a million displaced.
noticed on the bbc news bar that h&m is concerned with potential supply chain problems, ridiculous shit.
on, relatively speaking, a more positive note, ‘it all’ might help alot to unify the people of sri lanka, where a large portion of the island has been pretty much quarantined from press and int’l aid because of tension between rebels and the gov’t thing .. so yea that’s a good thing
